Individual Psychotherapy Sessions (ages 6 and older) Utilizing talk therapy and interventions such as CBT, DBT, expressive art and play to assist clients with increasing self-awareness, processing their trauma, increasing self-love, minimizing and controlling anxiety and depression symptoms and more.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy has been shown to stimulate the body's products of natural endorphins. As the body’s natural endophins such as dopamine and serotonin increase it can assist the client with with stress reduction, relaxation, mood regulation, depression, and anxiety.

Yoga Session

Yoga allows one a chance to participate in relaxation and breathing techniques increases one’s natural endorphins and GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). This assist the individual with lowering stress hormones in our bodies help decrease anxiety and improve mood. As well creating a better connection with ones body and improving over all wellbeing.
